We seek professionally-oriented front and back of the house staff.
Experience is preferable but we also occasionally have apprentice style entry positions. Culinary school externships are only accepted September through May with a four month minimum placement.
We seek individuals who love food, good drink and an eclectic dining atmosphere, and embrace working in an environment where quality of product and service are most important.

If you are applying from overseas – we offer a 12 month foreign student exchange program for qualified bakers and pastry chefs. Please send us your complete resume, two letters of recommendation (Arbeitszeugnisse), a copy of your journeyman certificate (Gesellenbrief) or master certificate (Meisterbrief) as well as a copy of your vocational school graduation certificate (Berufsschulabschlusszeugniss).
