Easter Specials
Pandemic or not. . .Easter is coming – on April 12th!
With nothing being normal, we decided we really need those hot cross buns. So while this may be a smaller than normal menu, the classics are there.
So get your bunnies in a row and check out the Easter Menu for all the goodies! We’ve got rabbit cookies, challah bunnies, and most importantly . . . hot cross buns! Hot cross buns will be available starting Friday April 3rd in the bakery in Durham and the bake shop in Chapel Hill. The rest of the Easter menu will be available starting Tuesday 4/7/2020 through Saturday 4/11/2020.
As a reminder, we will be closed on Easter Sunday, April 12th.
Thanksgiving Specialties from the Bakery
Our Bakery will be filled with plenty of seasonal specialties for your Thanksgiving table.. from our beloved brioche rolls with cranberries and orange peel to exquisite desserts such as our bourbon chocolate pecan tart, apple strudl, and more! Here is our Thanksgiving 2019 Bakery menu .
If you have your heart set on a specific dessert or bread, you’ll want to pre-order to ensure availability.
Please note that pre-ordering is available through Sunday 11/24 until 4pm, for pickup in Durham and Chapel Hill.
If you prefer to browse in the bakery, the items will be available on a first come, first serve basis after the order deadline.
Our 8th annual Mushroom & Pinot Noir Wine Dinner October 23rd
It’s almost time for our annual Mushroom & Pinot Noir Wine Dinner! Join us Wednesday, October 23rd for a special evening.
Amy Fox, of Fox Farm & Forage, will be our guest speaker. Fox Farm & Forage is a small woman-owned farm that produces quality gourmet edible mushrooms and supplies a number of us local restaurants with her treasures.
This annual 5-course celebration of the noble mushroom will feature six Pinot Noirs from Germany & Austria.
Amy Fox will talk to us about her sustainable farming practices and how to cultivate mushrooms.
