Something wild is coming to the table.
On Thursday, May 21st, 2026 at 6:30pm, we’re inviting just 12 guests into an intimate evening built around the flavors of late spring—woodsy, floral, coastal, smoky, and deeply rooted in the landscape around us.
Our upcoming Chef’s Table Dinner, Foraged & Fine, is a multi-course experience inspired by the ingredients quietly emerging this time of year: fiddlehead ferns, ramps, magnolia blossom, sea beans, wild mustard, mushrooms, honeysuckle, mountain mint, and more. Each course is designed to feel both refined and a little untamed.
Throughout the evening, executive chef Dave Alworth, sous chef Amiel White, and baker Quinn Whitehead will guide guests through the progression of the meal—sharing the inspiration, sourcing, techniques, and seasonal stories behind each course. From foraged mushroom arancini and scallop crudo to lobster masala and roasted lamb chop, the menu moves between comfort, curiosity, and surprise.
Optional coursed wine pairings have been thoughtfully selected to complement the progression of the dinner and deepen the experience of each plate.
Expect:
• A seasonal multi-course tasting menu centered around foraged and regional ingredients
• Optional curated wine pairings with each course
• Direct interaction with the chefs throughout the evening
• A communal table designed for conversation and connection
• An intentionally slow evening meant to be fully experienced—not rushed
This dinner is intentionally small. Just 12 seats, one table, one evening.
If you love thoughtful food, beautifully strange ingredients, and the kind of dinner that lingers long after the last course, we’d love to have you with us.
