While we are not ready to put a date on the much-anticipated opening of our second Bakery location in the Eastgate Shopping Center in Chapel Hill, rest assured that we are working hard to get the new shop ready… and fingers are crossed for October.
We have exciting news in the cafe and restaurant, as we welcome our new Executive Chef, Alex Ricci.
Chef Alex is originally from Florida and came to Durham via Asheville. His last stint was at the Durham Hotel with Andrea Reusing, and we are very much looking forward to our Fall menu with his interpretation of our contemporary southern German cuisine.
Stay tuned for more of our new Fall menu…you will find items such as a Venison Gaisburger Marsch, Zwiebelkuchen and braised Rabbit with riesling-glazed carrots… just in time for the season!
