Below please find a listing of various scenarios that we can offer for daytime or evening events for up to 20 guests in our private dining room or larger evening parties that reserve the upstairs area of the restaurant or the entire restaurant including the patio. We will discuss these options with you to ensure that the arrangements will best fit your needs and your plans for your special event.
Daytime Small Group Events
- Groups of 12-20 people can be accommodated in our private dining room
- 2-4pm timeframe
- $100 service fee applies; covers setup and a dedicated server for your event
- Food options will be customized based on our daytime menu selections and can also be expanded into the bakery’s offerings. Our restaurant manager will discuss all the food options with you and assist you in your selections.
- Food can be served either buffet style or family style.
- Our restaurant manager will also be available to assist you with wine, beer, or craft cocktail selections for your special occasion.
- We cannot accommodate events on Sundays.
Evening Small Group Events
- Groups of 12-20 people can be accommodated in our private dining room
- Prix fixe $40 or $50 menu based on a 3 course menu that is pre-selected from our menu offerings for your event. Your guests will be presented with a menu with a choice of appetizers/salads, entrée selections, and desserts.
- Beverages/bar are additional and our restaurant manager will be happy to assist you with wine, beer, or craft cocktail selections to personalize your dining experience and highlight some of our unique offerings.
- Tax and gratuity are additional.
Evening events (Tuesday-Thursday)
- A minimum of 50 people (maximum of 65) reserves the entire upstairs of the restaurant.
- A minimum of 90 people reserves the entire restaurant including the patio area.
- $65 per person includes 2 passed hors d’ouvres plus a 3-course seated menu. Our restaurant manager and executive chef will work with you to design your menu based on seasonal availability and to achieve your desired dining experience two weeks prior to your event.
- Beverages/bar are additional and our restaurant manager will be happy to assist you with wine, beer, or craft cocktail selections to personalize your dining experience and highlight some of our unique offerings.
- Tax and gratuity are additional.
Evening events (Friday-Saturday)
- Minimum of 50 people (maximum of 65) reserves the upstairs of the restaurant.
- Minimum of 90 people reserves the entire restaurant including the patio area.
- $85 per person includes 2 passed hors d’ouvres plus a 4-course seated menu. Our restaurant manager and executive chef will work with you to design your menu based on seasonal availability and to achieve your desired dining experience two weeks prior to your event.
- Beverages/bar additional and our restaurant manager will be happy to assist you with wine, beer, or craft cocktail selections to personalize your dining experience and highlight some of our unique offerings.
- Tax and gratuity are additional.
Planning your event at Guglhupf

- A $100 security deposit for small parties is required to secure a semi-private dining reservation.
- A $250 security deposit is required to secure the upstairs or for the entire rental of the restaurant.
- Upon receipt of the security deposit, we will confirm preliminary information regarding menu choices and dietary requirements. All specific course selections will be addressed two weeks prior to the event to allow for seasonal menu items.
- A final guest count for your party is required one week prior to the event date.
- Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to your event date in order to receive a deposit refund.
