Please join us as we celebrate Fall with our 7th annual Mushroom & Foraging Wine Dinner.
Thomas Meunier, wine importer of Authentique Vin, will be our host as we explore six wines he selected for this special evening. Meunier’s six years as assistant to winemaker Frederic Mabileau in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil gave him an appreciation and deep respect for wines made by farmers as an expression of place. His portfolio reflects that respect with its focus on estates who farm organic or biodynamic.
Executive Chef Dave Alworth and Sous Chef Justin Pfau have created a menu around these wines, highlighting the bounty of Autumn with mushrooms, game, foraged berries and other earthy, woodland delights.
