Valentine’s Day is coming! And nothing says love more than sweets & treats… from Guglhupf of course!

Bakery specialties include sweet little treats, like parisian petit fours, heart-shaped linzer cookies, strawberry meringues, cappuccino eclairs, as well as our very elegant cassis almond entremet…and more!

Items will be available in our Durham and Chapel Hill locations starting Friday February 10th through Valentine’s Day, (which is on Tuesday this year).

To ensure availability, order online or by phone by 4pm Thursday, February 9th. After that, bakery items will be available on a first-come first-served basis in both locations.

Valentine’s Day in the cafe & biergarten

We will be celebrating Valentine’s Day in our usual Guglhupf fashion, with exciting specials for dinner such as scallops, quail, oysters and sweetbreads. During the day we will feature crab benedict with asparagus, crepes with brandied strawberry mascarpone, and other special delights.

Come relax and let us take care of you! Enjoy a red velvet hot chocolate with house-made marshmallows, or a honeyed bourbon latte.
