Guglhupf wedding and anniversary cakes are handcrafted from scratch using the finest natural ingredients. Most of our specialty cakes are in mousse and/or buttercream, however we also offer custom cakes utilizing fondant.

We encourage you to schedule a Cake Tasting Consultation with our pastry chefs during which time we can discuss the cake for your special occasion with regards to design, flavors, and presentation requirements.

We offer Cake Tasting Consultations for $15 which will be applied towards your Guglhupf cake order of $100.00 or more.

Tastings can be scheduled Wednesday thru Saturday at 11am, 12noon or 1pm. We do not offer tastings on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, during busy holiday weekends or during the month of December.

Please choose 3 separate dates rather than 1 date with 3 different times.

Buttercream Cakes
These are more “traditional” wedding cakes. For a tasting you may choose a chocolate or vanilla genoise cake, then choose a filling. Each cake and filling together counts as one taste.

Specialty Mousse Tortes
These are a Guglhupf specialty, made with vanilla genoise and mousse layers, topped with a fruit couli (or chocolate ganache for the choc mousse), available in four flavors. Please note that these cakes are delicate and must have limited exposure to hot weather.
