In keeping with our reputation for fine European baked goods, our wedding cakes begin with a genoise – a rich yet light cake that is similar in texture to a moist sponge cake. Genoise was developed in Genoa, Italy, and later adapted by the French. It is an extremely versatile cake that pairs well with rich or delicate fillings for an elegant presentation.
We also offer a large assortment of individual dessert items for dessert tables in lieu of the traditional wedding cake as well as a number of options of fun and personalized wedding favors. Please let us know prior to your consultation if this is something you would like to explore.

We would like to encourage you to schedule a cake tasting consultation with our head pastry chef during which time you will discuss the cake for your special occasion with regards to design, flavor, and presentation requirements. Cake tastings consultations are offered by appointment only. There is a $15 tasting fee which will be applied towards your Guglhupf cake order of $100 or more.

Guglhupf wedding cakes start at $4.95 per serving, and additional charges – décor fees – apply for decorating the base cake. Décor fees vary based on the complexity of your personalized design choices and will be quoted at the cake tasting consultation.
Delivery can be arranged by us through an outside service and delivery cost vary by location/distance.
All flowers, fabrics, and cake toppers need to be provided by the wedding party the day before the event. All left over décor material will be send with the cake at the time of delivery.
We have an assortment of cake stands that offer for you to use so that your cake can be the centerpiece that it should be. We do require a deposit for their use which will be refunded upon their safe return to us.
