Following time-honored European traditions, we transform simple ingredients into extraordinary breads and pastries. Every loaf begins with just flour, water, salt, and our carefully maintained sourdough starter or yeast – yet becomes something magical through practiced hands and patience.

Our pastry selection spans from classic Viennoiserie to seasonal creations that celebrate local flavors. Each morning brings fresh batches of cookies, scones, muffins, tarts, and tortes, while our custom wedding cakes tell each couple’s unique story through layers of flavor and artistry.

Since opening our doors in 1998, one ingredient has mattered most: our unwavering commitment to quality. It’s what gets our bakers started at 4:00 in the afternoon…yesterday.

Meet Our Pastry Chef

Katrina Edwards

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Katrina Edwards mastered her craft at The Culinary Institute of America. Growing up in an artistic household with a fashion designer mother, she developed an eye for detail that influences her pastry work today.

Her journey in pastry began unexpectedly at The City Bakery in Manhattan, where a last-minute kitchen shift turned into a passionate career change. Now specializing in artisanal chocolate work, you’ll find Katrina crafting exquisite pastries when she’s not hiking trails or indulging in her love of horror movies.
